I work with founders and execs to find thorough clarity in their vision, develop brand identities, and communicate with authenticity and relatability. I believe that the strongest brands are built on a foundation of empathy and understanding for their audience, and that clarity is one of the most powerful tools any leader can have.
My experience and expertise span brand identity development, brand communications consulting, brand management, business development, entrepreneurship, cross-platform content creation, public speaking, community relations, and sales. I am also a frequent podcast guest, and a creative writer currently working on my first book.
MY STORY
As a multi-passionate creative, I spent my early career starting things, from grassroots initiatives to small businesses. With each endeavor, it became increasingly clear that where I added the most value was in the foundational development phase. The ideating, visioning, clarifying, fine-tuning, problem-solving, positioning, articulating, communicating, and engaging the right audience— high-level strategic communications is my zone of genius.
I entered the branding world as a website copywriter, quickly developing a thriving freelance business and soon cofounding a boutique brand design firm I led for 5 years.
Along the way, I developed my own framework for extracting the ideas, mission, philosophies, values, target audience descriptions, and an engaging story out of every client, working with them to clarify and articulate the heart and soul of their brand, and developing an engaging brand positioning strategy.
Now, supporting founders and execs to develop brand identities has become the core of my work. I specialize in developing distinct, approachable, and authentic brand voices that bridge the gaps between “audience” to “customer”, and “customers” to “community.”
My clients walk away from each session with newfound clarity in their vision, confidence in their communication, and a boost of energy & morale around the building of their brand. It’s powerful, rewarding for all, and a whole lot of fun!
Leaning into my passions for entrepreneurship and creative writing, I’ve participated in building a handful of brands & business models for my own ventures, I dabble in fiction and poetry, podcast guesting, and am writing my first book on brand strategy & finding vision clarity.
